First of all, New Zealand is gorgeous! That waterfall!!❤️ But I also wanted to say that the cardio walk videos really do provide such good workouts!

Amazing workout! I get as much out of these as I do your stepping workouts. I also feel like I’m working different muscles, or at least working them in different ways. I’m so happy that you’ve got these new workouts and can’t wait to do them all!

I just completed this one and it was a fun and challenging workout! I really liked the knee straddle moves. Thank you again for a great workout!

Done with this session today, but whew! I never realized how much I need toning and strength training. I could barely do some of these exercises, and the planks were pretty rough! But, it was also eye-opening on what I need to work on!
