Thank you for the support, Susanne! It’s helpful to know that I’m not the only one that has the sugar/sweet tooth issue. Exercise will definitely help, but I do need to address my food choices and make better ones. I’ll get there!

I’m glad you are doing an October challenge. I really failed myself by not getting into the September challenge and I’ve been eating terribly on top of it all. I need this!

Excellent workout! I’ve been out of exercising regularly and this was a great way to “dance” back in!
