Kim de Bruijn M2M step programme is great to, as is Step Hero. That's the first one I found on YouTube, my introduction to Jenny. These are 30 mins, but start with very simple moves over, I seem to remember, 7 sessions ( the 7th does 7 step repeaters) πŸ₯΅

I can certainly recommend the M2M weights programme. I really enjoyed it and started combining a few early days together pretty quickly. 1-6 is good. I also did the full step acroß America before I started to climb the mountains (Sophie has regular appearances here 🐢)

A great weights session for upper and lower body. Loved the last couple of exercises for the lower body with weights behind the knee. So reminded me of Jane Fonda's "Rovers Revenge" which was a sideways move - made me chuckle while doing it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
