Completed day 17 on 18th as could not fit this in yesterday.

Would be great to see an absolute beginners guide to yoga, slowing down the changes between moves, and explaining how to use blocks on different moves for greatest impact and assistance.

I do love the bridges 😃

Day 16 complete. Somehow missed this programme before. Completed previously the 10 day weight and step series. Will seek these out when challenge completed as good mix of step and weights. I definitely have weak core as last couple of core/ab exercises on bench were a struggle again, but sailed through all the other sets 💞

Day 15 challenge completed. I'm currently working through these summit workouts, up to 55/65 currently, a third up Mount Everest 🏔️.

I understand these were filmed live during COVID lockdowns. Especially love Sophie's glee when you reach the cooldown with her participation with her cool version of downward dog 🐕 😄

Very chilled, calming session completed.

Towards the end of the video when relaxing in the blanket, there appears to be a loop voice of Jenny's commentary in the background out of synch. Thought it was me imagining it a first as very faint 💭 🤔 ❤️

Good one to switch the world off to for 30 mins of total relaxation 🙏
