H Kim I use 2kg, 3kg & 4kg for light, medium and heavy. I started though with 1kg 1.5kg and 2kg, and slowly built up as it got easier to push myself. Just bought a 5kg dumbbell pair, but this is too heavy at the moment. Don't think I'll go any heavier than that.

Completed day 10. What a lovely location. I did this last year when completing the full step across America. But had completely forgotten this one. The hot potato seems easy at first but becomes increasingly challenging the more reps you do. Love it ❤️

Day 8 done. Somehow I always get a bit confused on the six step turm. My feet always want to tap for the 8 step. Love the people watching on this one 😺
