Kim de Bruijn Hi Kim,thanks for the recommendation of the blocks. Was not really aware of these items before. So I've ordered two blocks which come with a strap (?) and a beginners user guide to using blocks from Amazon. Should get it tomorrow before Jenny's next scheduled yoga session 👍💗

Had to miss day 5 as needed to attend a job interview, so completed on day 6 to keep on track.

I first learned to step with Gin Miller early 90's with her dvd which came with the Reebok step bench.

This lapsed over the years but in Jan 23 I bought another Reebok step bench. Which came with the same dvd. To my surprise, even though I had not done the routine for over 20 years, my body and memory still knew all the moves as I had done it so much in the 90's.

Wamting to do more sessions, I found Jenny on YouTube and have never looked back, joining Freedom Fit in May last year for even better access to more workout sessions in one place (and no adverts).

I'm probably about halfway through all available workouts here, still not attempted any coast to coast yet though

Day 4 competed. I'm not really a fan of yoga as really struggled with flexibility and movement to get my legs shuffled forward into some of the positions on the mat, so mainly avoided these sessions. However with the Sep challenge, I'm really going to persevere to complete these. Today done (with a little help from hitting the pause button while manoeuvring my legs to where they needed to be 😁). Thanks Jenny for the options to push me out of my comfort zone.
