Yet another great lower body workout. I find the Bulgarian lunges challenging, but such a good feeling once they are done πŸ˜€

Two thirds of the way through now, yay. Very energetic workout this session. Really struggled to get the turn on the second combo at the straddle turn. Think I've not got the coordination for the turm, must practise more πŸ™ƒ

Beautiful backdrops, can't wait for the programme. Assume starting January?

Took a while to master the tap/walk across the bench as was too slow moving. Got it in the end however - good new move for this series

Great upper body workout which passed by extremely quickly
