Great intensive workout. 15 ham repeater on combo 2 so hard, could only manage 2nd time as two 7's as suggested by Jenny. Good though to have alternative options.

Struggled a bit with coordination on combo 1 at the end of the bench, so stayed forward facing.

Switched to this programme today as never tried weights before, but love step. This was a great introduction to weights alongside step. Brilliant thank you

Did Step across America programme over 9 weeks earlier this year, loved it. Then caught COVID for first time in May and was really unwell and stopped working out. Added 10 pounds in weight, so need to start again. Started this programme today - wow realised how much fitness I've lost. Really hard work to start again from beginning, but so enjoyed it. Thanks Jenny for providing so many varied workouts to choose from. Looking forward to completing this programme too.
