I'm really enjoying the step and weights programmes. Never thought I would do weights, but can really see the difference especially in my arms. More weights and toning standalone plus step and weights incorporated would be great.

Hi Jenny, a thought for future workout locations- a journey around the Mediterranean, Spain, France, Italy, Greek Islands etc. There are many beautiful and cultural backdrops which would look amazing.

Love this programme which I've now completed several times. Combination of step,weights and yoga really gives a full body workout over the 14 days. This episode is probably my favourite with the mambo cha cha cha. Thanks Jenny for your expert guidance in all your posts. About to start UK series next and try to combine it with the weights and toning session next to keep up the progress on the arms and core.

Hi Jenny, I've already completed the beginners programme. Now trying to push self a bit further. I will master it once completed a couple of times. Loving these step and weights sets of programmes. Thank you so much for these. Plus great seeing Sophie appear ❤️

Great intensivw workout. Bit tricky on combo one, but kept going sticking to basic moves when got a bit lost
Good relaxation yoga workout. Loved seeing Sophie the puppy in the background in first half
