Another new one for me and it was great. Love that you picked such a wide range of workouts for us this month. I’ve found some that I will definitely be revisiting (such as this one) and have at least tried some that are not for me (still struggling to ‘get’ yoga. I admit that I did not make it all the way through yesterday’s yoga, which is why I did not check in). I appreciate that on these shorter workouts you add in some athletic sections to increase the intensity. I am never as happy as when I finish a good step workout!

This was fantastic as usual! Before I started the workout, I was worried the pace might be a bit slow, given only two combos were taught in 50 minutes, but everything moved along very nicely and at no point was I watching the clock. I will be doing this one again. The pause-jump on top of the step was new to me and it was great. I love the entire Coast-to-Coast series and am always happy to see a new one released. Thanks!
