This was fantastic as usual! Before I started the workout, I was worried the pace might be a bit slow, given only two combos were taught in 50 minutes, but everything moved along very nicely and at no point was I watching the clock. I will be doing this one again. The pause-jump on top of the step was new to me and it was great. I love the entire Coast-to-Coast series and am always happy to see a new one released. Thanks!

Another new one for me and it was great. Love that you picked such a wide range of workouts for us this month. I’ve found some that I will definitely be revisiting (such as this one) and have at least tried some that are not for me (still struggling to ‘get’ yoga. I admit that I did not make it all the way through yesterday’s yoga, which is why I did not check in). I appreciate that on these shorter workouts you add in some athletic sections to increase the intensity. I am never as happy as when I finish a good step workout!

I am so glad I am discovering all these workouts I never knew existed. This one was a great workout and fun too. I could even tolerate the burpees I was complaining about yesterday! Also had my first hockey practice of the season today so I will be feeling this tomorrow!

I’ve enjoyed getting to ‘know’ some of the other community members through this challenge. There really is something for every level here.

I enjoyed watching the people in the background. At one point I wondered if the women besides the stairs was filming her own workout, because she seemed to be doing a few choreographed moves. I was a bit stunned to see the man doing burpees - I never knew that was a move people did willing without being ‘forced’ to do them by an instructor.

I ran a 5K race this morning, so I saved yesterday’s restorative yoga for my post-run recovery today and did todays walk yesterday. Again, I struggled to slow-down during the yoga, so that is something I need to work on.

This one was one of my favourites from the UK series. The time flew by. For a change, it’s nice not to do a weave at the end. I do like weaves, but it gets a bit predictable so this was a refreshing change. Thanks!

Tamara, that’s a great idea to split the workouts on time-crunched days. I should try that sometime.
