This was my second time doing this workout. Really enjoyed the Footloose theme. Would you ever consider filming at other classic movie locales?

I’ve done more yoga so far this month than I have in the last five years combined! It’s still a struggle for me to learn to slow down and focus on each pose instead of letting my mind wander, but I hope to get better as this challenge progresses.

This one did not feel 55 minutes long at all. The time flew by, with the shorter step segments and weight sections. Thanks!

It was a great run (or in my case, a run-walk!) Thanks for asking Tamara!

This morning I participated in the annual Terry Fox Run. Jenny, I know you mentioned filming a warmup beside one of his statues on your recent Canada trip so I am looking forward to seeing that. There are many, many locations named after him across Canada, including roads, parks, schools, rec complexes, and so on. I then did yesterday’s yoga afterwards, as I had done day 15 step yesterday. I noticed the step was been filmed live. I would be interested in participating in another live workout at some point, if you ever decide to offer one again. I remember the step workouts you did live in 2020 during lockdown and really enjoyed them.

I had to switch things up today due to my schedule. I did the day 15 step workout today and will do the day 14 yoga tomorrow.

This was another new one for me, and I enjoyed it. The background was amazing. I say this often, but I really appreciate that you offer intensity options to jump and hop, if we want to. Thanks!

I’ve been doing road races for 20-some years, but am far from being a “pro” - I have learned to accept that I am and always will be a “back-of-the-pack” runner. Still fun being out there, and I hope to keep doing races for a long time. My goal would be to eventually win an age category award by default because I am one of the few in my age category!

To be perfectly honest, this again was a struggle for me. I was continually watching the timer. Probably a sign that I need to learn to “be in the moment” and listen to how my body is feeling in each move. Some moves, such as downward dog and twisting while in chair, felt wonderful. I also liked the “open you heart” move with our hands resting on our heels while kneeling. Thanks again!
