Thanks for another fun workout. I am really enjoying this series so far. I appreciate that you offer a few intensity options for adding a bit of jumping. Can’t wait to see the rest of the series - it is such a fun and unique idea.

Congratulations on your son’s wedding! I can imagine your surprise with such short notice. I am so excited to hear you are coming to Canada. I remember that you had plans to come just prior to the pandemic, because one of the cities you had mentioned was my hometown. Too bad you won’t me able to make it for Canada Day next week, but any time over the summer will be great. So many beautiful places on the East Coast. Newfoundlanders are hands down the friendliest people in the country.

Thank you Jenny. I really enjoyed this one and I am looking forward to the rest of the Footloose series. I liked the ‘Footloose’ kick - it was a nice balance challenge!

I’m so happy you were able to achieve your dream of filming inside the Footloose high school! Looking forward to the finished workouts. No suggestions for filming locations as I am not American, but I can’t wait to see what you decide. (There are so many beautiful locations in Canada when the time comes!) I agree that working out is so important to my mental health. I too find that I sleep better after a good strength workout. Thank you!

Wow! I was smiling from start to finish! Such fun choreography and it was a refreshing challenge for the mind as well. I was so focused on learning the moves that the time flew by. Your cuing was spot on as usual so it was easy to pick up the moves quickly. Can’t wait to do this one again. Thank you!

I always look forward to these monthly vlogs. I enjoy hearing what you’ve been up to, and you always have great pieces of advice. The movie location workouts is such a unique idea. Can’t wait to see what other movie locations you select - how about the Dirty Dancing location?

So much fun and the time just flew by because of the interesting choreography. To me, this was the perfect level of complexity. Doable but still challenging. I will be revisiting this one for sure. Thank you!!

Yay! So happy to hear new Coast to Coast step workouts are in the works. The most recent Winter Aspen is one of my all-time favourites. And thanks for the reminder to revisit some Ireland workouts n honour of St Patrick’s Day!

I made it!! I enjoyed every single one of the step workouts in this series. My favourites were probably Loch Ness, Edinburgh, and Kelpies. The beautiful scenery helped make the dreary winter weather more bearable and gave me something to look forward to. It feels a little bittersweet because there are no new workouts to look forward to (although I guarantee I will be revisiting these again). Huge thank you to both you and Tyler for the massive amount of work you both put into this!
