I took my first step class 28 years ago and have been stepping consistently ever since. I always thought I would eventually move on to other forms of exercise, but I have never tried anything else I love nearly as much. I dabble in other activities such as running and swimming, but step seems to suit both my body and mind perfectly. I too love it even more than when I started. I am SO very grateful that you continue to create high-quality step workouts on a regular basis - you’re one of the very few who does. I hope to be stepping for another 28 (or more) years. Thank you!

I am most definitely not a yoga person so this one was a huge change of pace for me. I made it through and thought it was a good workout - your explanations made so much sense. Thanks again!

I did today’s workouts immediately after my run, so I skipped the warmup, but did all three weight workouts and the cool-down and stretch. I thought the three upper body workouts complemented each other nicely. Thanks!

Happy belated birthday Kim! Hope you had a great day. For me personally, I prefer not to workout on a completely empty stomach, so my go-to is a banana if I am working out first thing in the morning. Through much trial and error, I have found that is what works best for me.

Happy Labour Day! Nevada Step was another new one for me, and I enjoyed it. I’m a ‘Coast-to-Coast’ girl, and I’ve never done any of the Step Across America series before. This challenge is great way for me to explore new workouts. Plus, it’s nice not to have to spend my usual ten minutes deciding on a workout each day!

I completed the California Walk earlier today after my run. I much prefer step over walking, but I was pleasantly surprised with the intensity of this one. I really enjoyed the ‘surfing’ move along with all the other intensity options for jumping and hopping. I think this challenge with motivate me to explore some of your workouts I haven’t tried yet. Looking forward to the rest of the challenge!

The September challenge sounds like fun! I can’t wait for the entire Canada series, but I am especially excited for the new Coast to Coast. You picked some amazing locations across Canada. Will you be including short info segments to start each Canada workout? I enjoyed that in the UK series - it was so informative to learn a little something about each UK location.

I can’t tell you how excited I am to see this series! Every location you have shown far looks absolutely gorgeous. Are you thinking this will be released in the new year, similar to when the UK series was released last year?

Sneaky! With the core work in the middle of the workout, I couldn’t skip it like I normally do when it’s at the end. I especially liked the lower body work incorporating the step. Thanks again for another great workout!

I really appreciate that so many of your recent step workouts have offered intermediate choreography. The variety of moves makes the time fly by. I hope to see more movie/TV locales in the future. Have a wonderful time filming in Canada! Sorry to see you won’t be in my city but SO excited to see the series when it is released.
