Fun workout! I really enjoyed the new moves and it seemed much shorter than 38 minutes. I think the filming location really captured Saskatchewan. Thanks!

Christi and Jenny - thank you both so, so much for this video. Wow, did this ever bring back very happy memories. I had forgotten how amazing the music was - Brittany Spears, Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, Vanessa Williams. I know copyright and licensing issues are different today, but boy, do I ever miss music like this in workouts.

I first obtained this workout on VHS not long after it was released, and spent many months slowly learning the choreography, breaking it down into 8 or 16 counts at a time, until I could eventually master the entire video. It was hard work, but so worth it because the finished workout is incredibly fun. I was very proud that I was able to learn the workout back then, and I think that I was just as proud today that I was was able to complete the entire workout about a decade after I last did it. My only real misstep was in the second half - I added in a extra shuffle around the step that caused me to end up on the wrong foot, but it was easily corrected. I had forgotten all about the ‘mystery’ move and the hopscotch at the end - so fun!

I am also proud that I have the fitness now in my early fifties to finish the same workout I did in my late twenties (although I did put the video on pause and took an extended water break of about two or three minutes in between the first and second half!) Also, my legs feel the same right now as after I finish running a race, but still, I did it!

Thanks again to both of you. I can’t begin to tell you how much both of your workouts have meant to me over the years!

So true about the reason for working out - being able to do things we want with the people we love. I love how each segment so far has been unique. You put so much work into choreographing this series. Thank you!

Was that Tyler’s hat that below off and landed in front of you? I was a bit worried when you kept glancing to your right - I thought there may have been some sort of wildlife in the grass that was about to pounce at you! Another fun one - thanks!

Gin Miller was my second ever step workout (on VHS)! She is fantastic. I also enjoyed all of Petra Kolber’s step workouts.

Oh wow! I can’t believe some of Christi Taylor’s workouts will available on your platform. I have been doing her workouts since the 90s and absolutely adore her! If you are looking for other potential instructors to add, I would love to see some old Patrick Goudeau, Rob Glick or Marcus Irwin workouts, if they are available (or even better, new workouts!) I also really enjoy Steve SanSoucie’s step routines and miss his workouts.

I am loving the Step Across Canada series so far. I knew they would be great, but they have exceeded my already high exceptions. Thank you so much for everything you do for us. I can’t tell you how much your platform means to me!

I enjoyed the shuffles and power jumps. Thanks for another great workout!

I love Anne of Green Gables - I should reread the book sometime soon. I especially love the Megan Follows movie. Frank was such a good sport for dressing up! Looking forward to seeing his kids workout. Another stunning backdrop, and the choreography was fun. Thanks!
