Wow!! That far exceeded my expectations. I had to start with the Newfoundland workout (you’re right - it’s pronounced New-fun-land). Loved the reference to Great Big Sea and to kitchen parties. It was an amazing workout from start to finish. It was a beautiful tribute to film the warmup at the Terry Fox monument - he is probably one of the most-respected Canadians ever, and I still do his run every year to raise money for cancer research. They announced a few days ago that his image will now appear on our five-dollar bill. The choreography was fun and the time flew by. Can’t wait to try the rest of the series! Happy New Year to you and your family!

Merry Christmas Jenny! What a wonderful gift to wake up to on Boxing Day. I knew you had filmed a Coast to Coast workout on your Canada trip, but I was not expecting it to be released so early. I absolutely loved every minute of the choreography. It was loads of fun and a great challenge for both mind and body. Anxiously counting down the days until the rest of the Canada series is released. I hope you had a wonderful holiday with family and friends and wishing you much health and happiness in the New Year!

Great idea to offer a choice of cardio! Of course, will always go with step when given a choice. Thanks

I enjoyed seeing the lighthouse in the background in the Maine walk. Loved the intensity options. Thanks!

Good luck on your upcoming licensing test! I can’t believe the Canada series is just around the corner. I always find January to be a rough month after the holidays are over, and with the long, cold days, so I am really looking forward to this.

Gorgeous scenery. I had always avoided the Step Across America series because I thought it was too “easy”, but I always get my heart rate up and break a sweat, and it’s nice to give my brain a rest from trickier choreography. I needed this today. Thanks!
