I did it! I enjoyed the time of day this one was filmed - it made for a nice change from bright daylight and it created a great mood. Enjoying this series so far!

This was fun! I can’t imagine how early you must have had to film this one to avoid the crowds. It was in the distance, but I thought I spotted a Tim Horton’s coffe cup sitting on the railing. If so, you captured another piece of Canadiana in this workout. Looking forward to trying out the rest of the series.

Wow!! That far exceeded my expectations. I had to start with the Newfoundland workout (you’re right - it’s pronounced New-fun-land). Loved the reference to Great Big Sea and to kitchen parties. It was an amazing workout from start to finish. It was a beautiful tribute to film the warmup at the Terry Fox monument - he is probably one of the most-respected Canadians ever, and I still do his run every year to raise money for cancer research. They announced a few days ago that his image will now appear on our five-dollar bill. The choreography was fun and the time flew by. Can’t wait to try the rest of the series! Merry Christmas Jenny! What a wonderful gift to wake up to on Boxing Day. I knew you had filmed a Coast to Coast workout on your Canada trip, but I was not expecting it to be released so early. I absolutely loved every minute of the choreography. It was loads of fun and a great challenge for both mind and body. Anxiously counting down the days until the rest of the Canada series is released.
