On day two, and I was reluctant to do the step because I have a ‘bad’ knee. I used to do step exclusively and probably hurt myself from overuse! But I used a very low step and I have not had a workout like that in a long time! I am sweating my heart is pumping and I feel great. Thank you for pushing us to try new things Jenny!

Hi Jenny! I would love to see more floor/mat workouts. I can’t do lower body weights like standing squats because of bad knees. Thanks for all you do!!
