I'm a cardio girl at heart but I know strength training is important - I love this style because I can get my cardio "fix" while also getting my weight training in. Thanks!!!

I have gone a but rogue!  I chose a different cardio workout for today and did yesterday's yoga today as well!

I didn't get a ton of sleep last night (watching election results- even though I said I wouldn't) so I did a substitute lower body workout for today as I didn't think this one would work for me in a sleep deprived state!
