Another ideal workout for me to train the upper body only, as at the moment I can't do any legwork. Again: I' m grateful for the variety of exercises giving everybody the chance to create one's individual program.πŸ«ΆπŸΌπŸ€—

Done as a recovery exercise, as at the moment I'm only allowed to exercise the upper body! This workout is the ideal choice, together with some similar ones on this platform. I'm thankful for the variety which is offered here. πŸ€—πŸ«Ά

This upper body workout is great and doable during my current phase of recovery, because there are no exercises on the floor and no intensive legwork. During these two weeks I'll definitely get back to this workout more often. I'm always thankful for this great variety of workouts, which gives a lot of flexibility. πŸ€—πŸ«Ά

I did this relaxing yoga workout directly after the new Coast 2 Coast Aspen exercise, these two in combination were a great thing to do. Furthermore, I wanted to say hello to all the fitness friends here, some of them I got to know already during the September fitness challenge. πŸ‘‹πŸ«Ά

I'll sign in again regularly in November, in case there is a new challenge planned. 😊

Oooh, that was really amazing, I learned so many new steps. I was a little bit sceptical first, whether I could make it through the whole workout, but I could easily follow due to Jenny's fabulous explanations. Thank you so much for this. πŸ€—πŸ«Ά As a basic / intermediate stepper it was challenging but doable for me. Sure, I still need more precision in some steps and having the back to the screen felt a bit difficult first, but it was a great start. 🀩

After having finished the Mini to Mighty walking, you can try Walk and Weights, which is a perfect mix of both types of workouts. It's one of my favourites. I 'll also make a complete restart with the fitness challenge in November (I hope there is one,too) and I wish that we can again exercise together. 😊 Take care, my thoughts are with you.
