I enjoyed the September challenge a lot, it was a very wonderful experience to workout together with other freedom.fit members.

In October I have to create my own fitness plan here on freedom.fit, for several different reasons (holidays, etc.).

However, if there is a November fitness challenge coming up, I' ll be there again. Thank you, Jenny, for your great work that helps us all to keep ourselves fit and healthy. πŸ«ΆπŸΌπŸ€—

Done for the second time. I did this great workout series a couple of months ago, and it's worth repeating it all over again, I can tell! πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ»

Mary Schaffer So do I. I definitely have to change something about my food choices, but it's not easy (for me). It's much easier and more fun to start exercising, but in the long run only both parts together will lead to success. I know that, too!

Mary Schaffer Hello Mary, I know what you mean by saying " eating terribly". I have the problem to have a sweet tooth, that is to say that I have too much sugar in my food, which I know is wrong. I integrated sports to my daily schedule, which I feel is good for my health, but I know, on the other side, that I have to change my eating habits too.

I recommend exercising in the community as a start, it's a great motivation. You'll be successful, l'm sure.

Jill O Hello Jill ,that is very nice of you to think about the victims of the Hurricane, we shouldn't forget this. Three years ago we had a big catastrophe because of heavy rainfalls where many regions not very far from my home town were overflooded and many people lost their homes etc. - It's good to hear that Tamara Waters is safe and well.

- Congrats to you, too , for successfully finishing this fitness month. I enjoyed it a lot as well to exercise with this amazing group of people. It was a pleasure. 🌟

Kim de Bruijn Hello KimπŸ‘‹, I don't like it so much to post any selfies of me either. I prefer to show some nice places or things I like as pictures for my WhatsApp or social media profiles. However, here's one "selfie" of my preferred stepping bench instead. πŸ˜‰ (as promised) I tried to upload a picture of the other one, too, but it didn't function. I don't know, why. The other one is red and black, and a bit smaller. Have a nice day tomorrow and I hope we can do some exercises together in the near future. We can meet here on this community channel.

By the way, congrats to you for finishing this great sports challenge. πŸ…Gold medal for everybody.

I did it! We all made it! September challenge 2024 completed! Yay! You guys were a very nice community to exercise with, thank you so much to everybody for supporting each other , I enjoyed this fitness journey a lot !! πŸ€©πŸ‘πŸ»

Kim de Bruijn Hello Kim! πŸ‘‹ That's great to hear that your body recovers more quickly because of exercising regularly!

In October I'll do more individual workouts, as I can't do the complete challenge, if there is one, for two reasons: At the beginning of October I'm on a short holiday trip for one week, we'll do longer hiking tours and cycling tours and, maybe, after these, I'll be too tired to exercise afterwards. (from time to time) After the holiday I'm getting two moles removed. Nothing critical, but , for the recovery, it's forbidden to do any sweaty sports activities for about one week.

So, during this time I have to look for alternatives such as restorative yoga, long(er) walks in the woods, etc. After this I think it would be a good idea to do the way up the mountain stepping exercises, maybe we can do some together then. πŸ™‚πŸ™ƒ

Yes, I've got two stepping benches, one is the first I've bought in the beginning, it's very narrow and all in all a bit smaller. I wouldn't recommend this one. The other one is broader and langer, and therefore more comfortable. I'll try to upload some pictures,but I don't know, how this functions here on this platform. πŸ€”
