A good question, Evelyn! I have the same focus on losing weight like you! I always sweat most when I do exercises of the Step and Weights programs or the step exercises with integrated HIIT sections. Sweating a lot is very important for losing weight, I suppose. However, I know about myself that exercising only isn't enough. I have to change my diet. This is, I guess, the hardest thing to do for me, because I'm a "chocoholic" and I love delicious food! It's not easy at all and maybe we can motivate each other! ๐Ÿค—

All four parts of day three done! For the exercises overhead where only one dumbbell was needed, I used my 2 kg kettlebell, this was effective and good fun. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿงก

Day 2 completed! I liked the L- step move combined with that kickboxing-like side leg, that was fun and eliminated all stressful things of the day! โœจ๏ธ๐Ÿซถ

Day 1 ( Wicklow Forest) done , and, additionally, I did Montana Step and Weights today, as my aim for this springtime is to lose weight.

By the way, Wicklow forest is like a place in a fairytale. ๐Ÿงšโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿงšโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿซถ

My favourite move here in this exercise: straddle cross march. It's a real fun move. When I did this workout for the first time I was really proud of myself because I learned it so quickly. Thank you, Jenny for a further wonderful, sweaty exercise. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ž

This was the first workout I did with Jenny a couple of years ago, I found it on Amazon at that time. I was amazed from the start and til then I exercised with Jenny regularly. What I especially like about this workout are the funky sounds, the tempo and the dancy fun moves. A big thank you for all the opportunities given by all these fabulous exercises! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ž

Quite tough workout because of the HIIT elements, but I loved it, very good for my heart and my whole body. So sweet to see Sophie in the background. What a lovely dog! ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿค—๐Ÿซถ

I loved this workout from the beginning. By means of this workout I learned the modified revolving door step by integrating the leg back, this is a real fun move. The Balloon Fiesta in the background is amazing, the beautiful colours and ballons made me happy while exercising! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿค—
