I had a lot of fun with all the new moves and turns, in the end I was successful. Combined with the additional weight intervals it was a great all over body exercise. I' m very thankful, as always. 🥰🫶

Great exercise. As I tried another C2C workout before, I have to do the weave ( final repetition of combos 1-4) tomorow. 😉🤗🫶

This was fun and there were some new step combinations for me to learn. 45 to 50 minutes are the ideal length of an exercise for me. I sweat a lot and I feel relaxed afterwards. Thank you for another great one. 🤗💞

What a great challenging workout! The first combo was easy to learn for me, the second a bit more difficult, so I left out the spins around the bench for this first try. The repetition of all three combos at the end was real brainwork! All in all I had a lot of fun , but I know that I have to repeat this one a couple of times.😉 🤗💞

Victoria / British Columbia at night, this last view was amazing! A great final workout of this Canada walking series. What a wonderful workout finale of Step Across Canada in Victoria / British Columbia in front of this government house. Everybody can see the influence of the British culture here , very impressive. Great workouts, amazing impressions of this lovely country, I couldn't be more thankful and I will surely repeat these great series again. 🤗🫶
