Hi, Shara! I know exactly what you mean. I remember when I first tried the "revolving door steps" when I did my first C2C Step ( New Mexico). It took me a lot of exercise to do the turns over the bench the right way. Finally I got it. Sometimes, when there are the front ham curls up and down the bench, I realize that I still make mistakes from time to time, especially when it has to be done very quickly.😁

Yes, and then it's better to chuckle about it, then to be angry about oneself. 😊 Have a nice weekend!

Finally I decided to become a member of freedom.fit because I was so convinced of her training method and I liked her being always so motivated and positive.
