Jill O You're right, Jill, many workouts in this challenge are short ( = under 40 minutes), but effective. I like this a lot too ! Sometimes, when you're short in time, you're still able to complete an exercise, even when it's a bit later in the evening. πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ»

Kim de Bruijn Hello Kim! 😊I like Led Zeppelin too, but I wonder whether the sounds are really suitable for fitness workouts. By the way, " Stairway to Heaven" still is one of my favourite songs! Robert Plant and Jimmy Paige were really charismatic musicians!πŸ˜‰

I started with freedom.fit in December 2023, and since then my blood pressure is on its way to normal ! I'm really thankful !

So I understand you very well when you say that you feel the benefits of doing workouts regularly. ( It's normal, that you have periods when you workout less, I also have phases when I drop exercising for one day or two. The main thing is that you stay put.) So, you can be proud of yourself, indeed . πŸ€—
