I can use some help to get back on track so I'm in! But I do allow myself to not workout everyday during the challenge or shorten certain exercises if my body feels like that because I need to build my stamina up again.

I notice I find it difficult to get into the habit again of daily exercising. Instead of keep pushing myself (with little result of me actually showing up for another challenge workout), I decided for now I'm going to leave this beautiful challenge for what it is and go back to the "Mini-to-mighty" programs. I did them before and have find them really helpful in establishing a daily routine of actually moving my butt ☺️. This time I am going to start at day 10 or 15 and alternate the walking with the stepping program. 💯

Day 16 done 💯, more or less.

I did around 23 minutes. I really like the rocking horse and lunge exercises. Wiith the lunges I do have to go a bit slower to keep proper form. Only, on top of the step I still felt a bit wobbly and uncomfortable so I did some exercises on the mat, which just isn't the same with certain exercises, and after 23 minutes I felt I had enough exercise for the day. I will definitely revisit this one to complete it (I probably will start over).

The flu lasted a few days but my body felt fragile and very tired for more than a week. Now I am completely recovered so back in the saddle! 💯

Yesterday (and last Friday) I already had (somatic) yoga so for my first day back in action I did '2 of 10 Quebec, CANADA | Walk Across Canada' (day 13 of the January Challenge) to ease myself back into working out on a daily base. 😎

Unfortunately I have been sick the last couple of days (flu) so my body and mind are not in the mood to exercise. I will catch up in a few days when I am recovered. 🙏💜

You spoil us Jenny with yet another wonderful challenge. ♥️ A great way to kick of the new year. 

I am in for this challenge. Day 1 done!

I liked the new exercise kick forward and side tap. Right tap went easier than left tap (cause I'm right) so my brain was fully engaged. I also liked the out out, lunge and jump in. And the grapevine with the knee/leg to the butt: this time it felt you went on a little longer than you usual do with the grapevine and knee/leg to the butt so I had to work a bit harder to keep it up, which I liked. 

And the surroundings, beautiful. 💯
