Hi Susanne Duscha, walks in the woods, that sounds wonderful. 

I hope you enjoy your holiday and good luck with the procedure. I once heard or read somewhere exercising in your mind can also have effect on your body so maybe give that a go during your recovery. 😄 Although those walks in the woods sounds more fun. 

I don't know yet when I will go up the mountain. Hopefully in October. Maybe I'm going to alternate that program with the weights and stepping programs. I will see. I can surely post about it here. Maybe you can do the same. Doing some mountains together is a good idea, we surely can do that. 💪

I am not that much into selfies and posting (my) pictures online so just imagine me being really pleased with myself. 😁

This was a fun and helpful challenge. Not only for my (physical) health, also for introducing other programs Jenny is offering (besides the ones I have been doing so far). Thank you Jenny and my fellow fitness friends for being in this together. 🙏💯

Susanne Duscha for sure. What I also like is when I do have a small injury (like today, some pain in my right shoulder area), my body recovers much quicker than it used to. I had this injury before, much more painful and it lasted much longer. 

I'm already brainstorming what I will do in October. Jenny's challenge, if she has one, or maybe find my own workout series (like for example the step across America, I want to find my way up those mountains but still have to built some endurance). What about you?

I'm wondering what kind of steps you're using. You alternate two, right? Can you show me a picture?

This may sounds silly but I always 💗 my own messages (the workout messages). It's my way of supporting myself for working out and completing yet another exercise. I don't think you 💗 your own messages and I would like to suggest that maybe you should. You deserve all support there is including, and most important, your own. 💯
