Day 21 done. ✨✨✨

It's warm over here so glad we had a calm session today.

Hopefully you feel better soon.

Noooo, be nice for yourself. 🤗 You are doing it right! 💯 That is what counts. I didn't dare to do those tic-tocs on the step, not yet anyway (I tried but found it a bit scary), so I did those on the mat.

I just ordered weights. Hexa dumbbells (similar to what Jenny uses): 1 and 2 kg. Only those don't come in half ones so I also ordered two Vinyl hexa dumbbellset: 0,5 and 1,5 kg. They come in pretty colours (pink and yellow, I like colour). I also ordered a 1 kg kettlebell and wrist guards. It was sale so I got a nice discount as well. 💯

For me it was sweaty also. But we did it! 💪

Day 20 done. ✨✨✨

That was a lot of fun with a great view (Nessie!!! 😄) and indeed a sweaty workout. That was hard work.

I wonder Jenny Ford, with that legend being what it is, did you dare to go into that water? (Or Tyler or your son)

Thanks Jill O and Susanne Duscha for your helpful responses. After the challenge is over we should come online more often to share our experiences and encourage each other. 🙏💪💯🧡

Jenny always says that: the cooldown is the reward for our body for all that hard work it has done. I found that (for me new) perspective very helpful and useful.

Jill O that is awesome and Sophie 😍. I figure I need a bit more stamina before I start climbing so the M2M step program seems a good place to start. Only, I don't think I will start at day 1. I probably will combine the first days/weeks of that program so I'm quicker to the 25 minutes or so daily step workout. Thanks to this challenge I'm confident I am able to step for 30-40 minutes at a time (and still have breath left to complete full sentences even though those workouts where tough). Or maybe alternate between the step and weight programs. It's good to have options! Thanks for the advice. 🙏😎

Day 19 done. ✨✨✨

I really like the weight sessions. After the challenge is complete, I will surely do the mini to mighty weight program (and the step program, before I start climbing mountains 😊).
