Susanne Duscha haha, I thought hit meant something like punch, hit. So I was not even close to what it's actually meaning 😄. Yes, I do like the HIIT exercises very much. 

What kind of benches do you have? Can you maybe link to a picture of those benches?

Susanne Duscha the HIIT elements are the kicks to the side? I like those. I also like the combo with the side stepping or lunging. I didn't like the one where I had to walk around the bench. 

I also like the one where you would step with one foot on the bench and then tap the bench with the other foot. Jenny changed that exercise a bit and made a little jump on the bench and threw her arms in the air with that exercise (no idea how this move is called). I still don't dare to jump on my bench so I did it with the tapping of the foot and throwing my arms in the air. 

So mostly I liked this workout and worked my butt off. 💪

Day 26 done. ✨✨✨

Today I didn't felt like training so I did it early today, just a few hours after waking up, to make sure I did it. 🧡 No way that I'm going to skip on day 26! I'm in it to complete it! 💯💪

Same. But the last yoga session I was able to come along with Jenny (I did use my blocks when needed) and I noticed that immediately improved how I felt about yoga that moment. I liked it more than usual.

Day 24 done. ✨✨✨

I did really good 💯, even the movements of the Sun Salutation without complaining. I used my blocks when needed and was able to follow along with all exercises. That helped in me liking the yoga session, which I did, because, I'm going to say it again, I did really good. 🙏🧡
