That is GOREOUS! You go, Jenny!

Wow, a kids step program. That's awesome. As I was working out with your Indiana workout today, I was thinking about introducing my 10 year old granddaughter to step aerobics and was paying closer attention to what we were doing, the queues and directions given and wondered if it might be too confusing for her as a newbie, even if an agile 10 year old. I can't wait to see the workouts you post for kids. Any idea when we will start seeing them in the app?

I agree. Did Jenny and Tyler ever get their step board to market? Hubby and I are looking for a second set of steps to use in our camper while on trips, so we are shopping for a new step for each of us and we are trying to see if the one Jenny was/is using is available for purchase. Yes? No?

Looking forward to getting back to that level of workout. We've finished the Mini 2 Mighty Step and are now working our way through Step Across America series, then we plan on doing the routines in the Coast to Coast series. Thank you for the amazing amount of content you provide! :-)

How about exercise and aging? Should I? Shouldn't I? But my knees hurt! My ankles hurt! Yada, yada, yada. Won't exercise make my joints worse? (hint-in my case with osteo-arthritis in my feet, ankles, knees and hips, strengthening the soft tissues around those joints has actually reduced the pain over time, so the short-term pain of moving them more with exercise was an investment in the long-term reduction of pain now that my joints are supported better with stronger muscles and more flexible ligaments around them). Then there is the benefit of improved balance = reduced chance of a serious fall. Additionally, the benefits to the brain: coordinated bilateral movement, learning new routines, skills, steps, all improve and protect brain function as we age. Improved sleep = improved overall quality of life.

Yes! Mini 2 Mighty is brilliant and incredibly encouraging. Asking someone who has never exercised before or who is recovering from an injury to exercise for just one minute, two minutes, etc., makes the challenge of moving a body not accustomed to moving very easy. This concept also helps to overcome the associated psychological challenges, as well. With hubby as an exercise newbie, I was thrilled when your sons joined the workouts, too. They are real troopers and their presence in the videos were greatly appreciated. I hope you and your family enjoy producing these videos just as much as we all enjoy using them. :-) -Kelley & Todd

Yes! Thank you for getting back to us. We figured out a reliable work-around. Your app is on Roku and we happened to have an old external Roku that we were able to attach to our new television through one of the hdmi portals and now we are back to exercising with Jenny without hassle. Before realizing the old Roku would work, we were attaching an iPad to the new television and running her videos through that way, but it was a bit of a hassle and the iPad and television didn't get along very well. But, with the Roku we are all happy campers now. Yesterday, we just did her Arizona video in the Step Across America series. That is a well executed workout and we enjoyed it. We really enjoy working out with Jenny each day. Thank you for your family's work and dedication. With love, Kelley & Todd. :-)

Excellent question.  It's probably such a personal thing that we each have to decide when or if we want to increase our workout by adding the height options that came with our steps.

It's located at the very beginning of the series.
