Oh my! Hubby and I just finished the 22 minute "vertical" step workout and we LOVED IT!!!! It was such a nice change of pace, and we really liked the way the vertical step made us maneuver in new ways around the step. And those lunges in the 4th combo were fun and a great thigh burner. We have been slowly working through the Step Across America series, so it was really fun to try something new. We loved it so much we thought we would ask if there are any workouts that combine the typical horizontal step maneuvers with the vertical step maneuvers within one workout or within a series of workouts. We would love to have the full range of maneuvers in one workout. Are they out there on the app? If so, we would appreciate a point in the right direction to find them. :-) Thank you!🙂

I just have to share a positive outcome that I attribute to Step Aerobics. Yesterday morning, I was in the hay barn and made an error stepping backwards, forgetting that my location was in a place where there was uneven flooring. So, when I stepped backwards with my right foot, I unexpectedly stepped down into a 5 inch deep crevice created by two different platforms that were not aligned against each other. That unexpected drop caused me to start plummeting backward and to the right, but my left foot came instinctively up and around, onto the platform and lifted my right foot out of the crevice, but by then I am still plummeting and my body was at a 45 degree angle, like falling headlong, but with most of the momentum to the right rather than forward. So, left foot gets me up onto the intended platform, right foot flies out of the crevice onto the platform, left and right foot over and over repeatedly saving me as I plummeted to the right out of the barn and into the barnyard. My legs were strong enough and fast enough each time to catch me and catch me again and again and again even as I left the second platform and the barn altogether at this unexpected angle and rate. I finally stopped plummeting and was once again on steady feet, having never hit the ground. At 62 years of age, I owe not falling and seriously injuring myself to the step aerobics I've been doing with hubby and Jenny since early February this year. There are so many moves in those routines that force us to learn how to go off balance, yet stay balanced, the lunges backwards, forwards, off to the right, off to the left, one leg, two legs, left leg, right leg, etc., etc. My body, from the brain to my toes, was completely prepared to handle that mishap and this makes all those sweaty workouts so so so worth it!💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪 I just had to share and thank you, Jenny, for putting out a program that is so easy to follow, yet so beneficial to those of us who choose to workout along with you!

I used to follow Jenny on YouTube, then on Amazon and I loved the workouts until I injured my foot in June 2020. I couldn't get adequate medical care because of all the disasters of 2020 and I limped around for a long time.  Finally this year,  I am able to workout again and I cannot tell you just how helpful it was to use the mini to mighty walk series and the step series to get my 62 year old body moving again. Those series are a brilliant move on your part, Jenny and Tyler. When I decided it was time to get moving again, I tried one of the regular 30 minute workouts I used to do and just couldn't hack it.  I was thrilled to find the mini to mighty series. Even my husband,  who has NEVER exercised,  decided to join me on my quest to get moving again and the mini to mighty series, both walk and step, helped him learn how to workout and learn how to do step. We are now working our way through the Step Across America series and finished Connecticut today. It's so great to be back stepping with Jenny again and even more so since my hubby has joined me.  We are both looking forward to beginning the mini to mighty weights series, too.  😀
