Walk 2 complete. Love the tick tick power push😀

Day 1 of Walk across Canada done - loved it!

Added on day 9 of M to M weights with a cool down.

I’m aiming to bring 2025 in with a walking workouts then build back up to stepping as I’ve not been able to workout most of December.

Happy 2025 - a year of good health, love and self peace 🥰

I’ll be dipping in and out like last month to fit around my swim and Pilates class. Love that I don’t have to plan it’s all there for me with a great mix of workouts. 💜

Loving October challenge so far. I’m adding in my regular swim and Pilates class so I’m a couple of days out from the calendar but I’m still moving 😃 It was hard to fit round work in September but I’m giving it my best!
