This video absolutely made my day. I was in a grouchy mood for a number of reasons, but had an hour free and decided a walk video would be a good antidote. My cat started to tear around the house with a toy mouse, sprinting in and out of the room I was in, and then the Mariachi band performed the ultimate video bomb--oh the glorious chaos! I couldn't stop laughing. This video was just what I needed today. ❤️

I still can't believe how much I love these walking workouts! The hopping/jumping moves are fantastic. 

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!!! And I love jump shots. I don't know why, but it's my favorite move, With Charlestons running a close second. 🥰

I think the idea of a progression to the coast to coast workouts sounds perfect. As much as I hate to admit it, it takes my brain a bit longer to learn choreography now that I'm post-menopausal. Once I get it, I'm good, but it can take longer than it used to... (Also hope the licensing test went well. I'm a LICSW here in Boston. You'll make a great family therapist!) 

I did try two of the vertical step videos. I really liked them!
