Hello to everyone. I finished the Step Across America series and I'd like to progress (well, I'd like to attempt to progress!) to even more challenging step workouts. Which of the videos/series do folks recommend next for more advanced step? Thanks!
I never thought I'd do step aerobics but started the Step Across America series on a whim. I LOVE it. Addicted. I am curious to know how many calories, roughly, those workouts burn? I am not a calorie counter and that is not my main motive, but I am just curious to get a general sense of that. Thank you!
