I was wondering the same thing when I first joined it was only my workout s then all the sudden it was pre filled with others things I didn't do 😑

This is awesome....I love Jenny as well and am only 2 states away from finishing step across America then I will be moving in to the next series.....I find my movements getting better as well and can certainly feel the improvement in myself....I love the fact they are workouts I can actually do....thank you Jenny all the love from Newfoundland Canada 💓

I have RA as well and know the importance of having to keep moving....I love Jenny's workouts for that...she has the low impact one for days u may be having a flare...I know it's hard to deal with but be strong and keep moving for as long as you can.. always know u are not alone
