Day 30 complete. Completed day 29 on the 28th and day 28 on the 29th also (flip flopped those days intentionally). Just didn't remember to check in on those 2 days. Still enjoying every workout!!!

Completed day 25 yesterday and day 26 today. Enjoyed both workouts. Frog squats really got those legs burning.

Completed day 22 workout today, because i will be traveling tomorrow. Hopeful I will be able to do some yoga tomorrow as an active rest day.

Completed day 19 after work yesterday. Really felt those calf raises!

Completed day 18 this morning. Really enjoyed this whole workout. Especially enjoyed the rock on tops.

Day 15 complete. It always amazes me how much the big arm movements increase heart rate. Feeling great!
