Completed the Tennessee Step Across America workout today. Love step and your dedication to film that one through the rain! Planning on completing Saturday's yoga session as my active rest day this week.

Completed the Caerphilly Wales Step workout today. Not ready for my Yoga day just yet. Loved the straddle moves and mambo chachas!

Day 11 complete. Absolutely love Footloose and this workout! I really enjoy the days of strength training for both upper and lower body.

Day 8 complete. Feels great to get back to it after being out of town for 3 days. Really enjoyed all of these short workouts. Did them back to back today, but will utilize them for busy days in the future. Got the heart rate up good. I do struggle some with the pop up move when combined with a repeater. That's something I want to work on though.

Out of town for a few days. Utilizing a river walk to get some brisk walking in while I don't have access to my normal resources.

Completed day 5 workout today. Planning on completing day 4 tomorrow. Really enjoyed the charlestons and rocking horses in day 5.
