I did this one today for the first time, and wow, it was intense for "just marching." On my weights days, I like doing a walking/marching workout instead of step, then stop it throughout to complete three sets of weights. That way, I get cardio and weights in the same workout. This one is definitely one I'll do again.

Even though the Coast-to-Coast ones are hard for me (except the HIIT ones), because I'm so rhythmically and directionally challenged, I decided to give this one a try. I could do it all, except my feet kept fumbling on the over-the-top straddle move. But I'll practice it again, because it's a nice, sweaty workout.

Wow, this was a sweaty one! I was able to get probably 90 percent of the moves, so I'll practice this one again. My legs feel like wet noodles, but it's a good feeling!

I know I did this one before, because I've gone through the whole series. But I did it again this morning, and I guess I'd forgotten what a great workout it is! I like to do a section, stop the video, do a set of weights (I use dumbbells), do the next section, and so on. So I get the entire walking workout done plus my weights. This is a great one to do that with, because of all the squats and moves that are slightly different from most of the other walking workouts. I'll definitely do this one again!

I've been easing myself into intermediate, and I still can't do some of them, but wow, this one was great! I loved the combos and managed to do them with only one or two minor missteps.  It really built up fast, so it made the most of every minute. That weave at the end was insane, but I did it without faltering! Definitely adding it to my favorites. I will add that I've never mastered cut the corner, because I just don't like them much. I substitute a revolving door, and it works great for me and makes me happy.

I did this one for my weights day today, and it's a good one! I love the longer weights session - not too long, but my arms and legs were burning by the time we were done. I had to move down to slightly lighter weights to get it finished. I enjoyed the step part, too. I don't think I've seen that wide lunge back in any of your videos. I'd like to see more of it. It was sort of like a curtsey lunge (if I was doing it right, haha). I'm adding this one to my favorites.

I've done this one before and struggled with it. So months later, after LOTS of stepping, I tried it again and got through it almost flawlessly! Maybe one day I'll build up to intermediate level. I'm adding this one to my favorites.

This morning, fall is (kind of) in the air, so it was time for me to do Zombie Step! I think that was the first intermediate one I ever tried when I did it last year, and man, I stumbled over the steps then. This year, after a year of building up, I did it with no missteps! So even though it feels like I still can't quite get the intermediate, I am definitely getting better.

This was fun! The weights sections were a little short for me, so I may not repeat this one, but it was a fun workout. I really love your original Step and Weights series, where each workout was a little longer.  I hope those continue to be available, because I have them in my favorites to repeat. One of my other favorite ways to do weights is to do one of your walking workouts. Walk for a few minutes, pause the video, do a set of weights, then walk some more, more weights, etc. That way, I get three sets of weights in and cardio, too.

I loved this one! I didn't get it perfectly the first time, but I did OK. It's definitely one I'll do again. I loved the diagonal revolving door, and the up lunge side thing I couldn't wrap my brain around at first, but doing it from the side made so much more sense (to me) than the front. I think my favorite part was the warmup, which seemed like its own little combo. Adding this one to my favorites.
