Carrissa Trejo Most steppers that have done it for years really don’t adjust the height of the bench. I’ve never seen Jenny raise her bench with the expectation of doing HIIT workouts. If Jenny wants to increase the intensity she will do bigger movements with her arms or higher leg movements. Often when she is teaching a live step class if someone is new they will put on risers. At the first break they usually taken them off. As for our bench it will not have the ability to support risers. Our hope is to make it versatile in other areas.

Samsung uses their own operating system. It is one of the few platforms we don’t support.
