We need your help! 🇺🇸

This summer we’re hitting the road to refresh the workouts from our Step and Walk Across America program! We’re heading to select states to re-film some of the sessions in even more beautiful locations.

A lot of the original workouts were shot right after the COVID lockdowns lifted, so we missed out on some of the spots we really wanted to capture. Now we’re planning the trip and would love your input!

Drop your suggestions — favorite scenic spots that would make amazing backdrops for Step and Walk workouts. We’re super excited and would love to meet up with some of you while we’re on the road!

Welcome to the June 30 Day Fitness Challenge. ❤️ As always, make this challenge work for you, and your life. Check-in with us whenever you like, let us know how it’s going.

The easiest way to keep track of what workouts to do on each day is to head over to the video side of the app and follow the June challenge found under the category “monthly fitness challenge”. The workouts are split into Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc.

The June 30-Day Fitness Challenge Starts June 1st!

Ready to shake things up and feel amazing this June?

This month’s challenge is all about joyful movement, consistency, and feeling good in your body. We’ve designed a balanced 30-day program that mixes energizing cardio, strength building, and restorative movement — all while keeping it fun and sustainable. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this challenge meets you where you are.

Here’s what to expect each week:

Cardio Days — Fun, upbeat walking, step, and dance-style workouts that boost your heart rate, improve endurance, and leave you smiling.

Strength Days — Effective, feel-strong sessions focused on building muscle, tone, and functional strength using bodyweight and weights.

Yoga Flow Days — Beautiful yoga and mobility flows designed to increase flexibility, release tension, and help you move better in daily life.

Recovery & Reset Days — Gentle, restorative movement or full rest days to help you recover, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.

You’ll have the full support of the Freedom.Fit community every single day. Share your progress, celebrate small wins, and stay motivated together in our supportive group chat.

This June challenge is about more than just workouts — it’s about building habits that make you feel stronger, happier, and more energized in your everyday life. And when we finish this challenge on June 30th, we’ll officially be halfway through 2026 — what a powerful milestone to celebrate together!

2 Go to the Community tab

3 Tap into the Workout Challenges channel

4 Find the June 30-Day Fitness Challenge and hit Join

New workout series, ‘Step Up Strength’ in editing now here at Freedom.Fit 🦋 Each workout has a warm-up, 2 step combos, 2 weight sections, and then we’ll weave the 2 step combos together and finish with a cool down and stretch. We filmed 3 workouts yesterday, and we’ll let you know when they’re ready!
