Hi Christine Morris each of tje Seven Summit Step Challenges should give you about 4000 steps per session. The step and walk across across the world workouts average at about 3300-3400 steps each. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions. Good luck on your goal! 😀

Hi Jenna M thanks for reaching out. The full challenge is under the “workout challenges” category. In there, you’ll click “join” button, and it should show you all of the workouts for the month. There is a list of the workouts there, but some have found it easier to be on the main browse page where all of our workouts are located. Scroll down to monthly fitness challenge, find November, click on it, and you’ll see all of the workouts listed by Day 1, Day 2, etc. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
