Thanks for the feedback Diane Jeczen - we appreciate your experience. In order to film there we had to remain silent to protect the butterflies 🦋. Maybe in future locations across the world we won’t film at places where I can’t cue.

Hey Camille G Humphries thanks for reaching out. I just posted about that in our latest January 2026 Vlog. It needs a little extra TLC before we release it. We’ll let everyone know when it’s up and ready. Happy stepping!

Lynette Robyn Laman thanks for checking in! Love hearing your experiences. Welcome back! ❤️

Thanks for asking Lacey Dorotinsky it will be available eventually fo purchase. ❤️ We’ve actually been working to perfect the prototype these last few months because we’ve found a new material that will work. It’s getting closer! I can’t wait for it to be ready. We’ll keep everyone in the loop.

Checking in. How is everyone doing with the first week of the challenge?

Thanks for your feedback Froukjen van Leusen we really appreciate it. We try not do voiceovers if possible. At the Butterfly Sanctuary we were not allowed to film there unless we remained as quiet as possible to protect the butterfly habitat. At the Gran Hotel in order to film there, and respect the other hotel guests we had to whisper the cues and then voice it over later. We were filming very early in the morning to avoid lots of people. These were such unique locations and the only way to film there was by doing a voiceover. In future workouts we’ll take into consideration your feedback. As always, we appreciate that you’re here with us! Let us know if we can do anything more for you. ❤️

Thank you so much Daniel Fleischaker what lovely comments to get. ♥️

We have a number of new yoga sessions in editing. Thanks for asking Lynn Waska 😊

Thanks so much Paula Noyes so happy you enjoy the new design. And appreciate the question about Rob Glick and Christi Taylor. Those workouts weren’t as popular on the app as we had hoped they’d be. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Jennifer Pendergraft these are all great questions. Thanks for asking. The Coast to Coast series now has 22 workouts with 2 more in editing. We’ll continually add more to the Coast to Coast series. The Covid lockdown workouts are the ones we filmed live on YouTube during Covid. They are all located on YouTube as well. Many of our Freedom.Fit members asked that we put them on the app as well. When you sign up for the 7 day trial, be sure to put the 25% off coupon code in at that time, and it’ll give you 25% off should you decide to stick with the subscription. Hope this helps. Please reach out if you have any more questions. Happy to help! And Happy New Year! 🎊
