Hi Shari P. What a great question. I love all of the responses from our members here. It really is best to get to a store to try on shoes to see what works best for your feet. Lately I’ve been enjoying HOKAs. But as always, shoes can be different for everyone. ❤️

That’s a great question. Looking up at the raised hand during the windmill exercise, or keeping your eyes fixed on the raised hand forces your thoracic spine (upper back) to safely rotate and align correctly. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions Sarah

Lisa, I’m so sad we missed you. We loved Cleveland and are also having to move so fast to get all of the places done. Hope you’re well!

Anne L. Thank you for sharing. And yes, absolutely it is normal to feel sadness in the last minutes. Yoga is such a beautiful way to help us release emotions and regulate. ❤️

Thanks Robin V. ❤️really appreciate your suggestions.

Hi Trina C. Welcome! 🤗 that’s a great question. If you are wanting to have a consistent plan you can always join our monthly fitness challenge. We’ll rotate between cardio, strength training and yoga. If you’re wanting to build up endurance, try our Mini to Mighty Weights/ Step/ or Walking workouts. On Day 1 we’ll start with one minute of exercise, Day 2 will be 2 minutes of exercise, Day 3 will be 3 minutes of exercise, and we’ll add on one minute each day to slowly build strength and endurance.

Step or Walk Across America is also a great program to start with. Each day we’ll be in a new state and workout for about 30 minutes. You can stay in a state as long as you like, before progressing to the next state. Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help with. So happy you’re here! 😊
