Thanks Vanesssa Muntz for responding. Before trying any HIIT step workouts, as a beginner, I’d recommend continuing your stepping journey mastering the steps from Step Hero and then moving through Step Across America. As you progress through these programs and get a really strong foundation, you’ll notice that in Step Across America I introduce some HIIT moves for steppers to try out and get comfortable with little by little. Once comfortable with all of the moves in Step Across America participants could try progressing beyond that. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

That’s a great question. Vanesssa Muntz when you have a moment, give me a little more info. Are you new to stepping? Do you have experience with foundational step moves? Are you comfortable doing most step moves from our Step Across America series at a low-impact level for the duration of each workout? (Usually around 30 minutes per session.)

That is so great to hear Lisa Mounts thanks for taking the time to share your experiences with the Walk Across Canada Program 🇨🇦 ❤️

Kim de Bruijn this sounds wonderful. We have to do fitness and exercise in a way that works best for ourselves. The challenges will be here whenever you like, and whenever they make sense for your body. I love that you’re honoring you body. ❤️

They are still in editing. We are traveling and filming workouts in Mexico at the moment and hope to work on the kids workouts once we’re back. Thanks for asking. Frank will be thrilled to hear your grandsons will love them.

That would have been wonderful, but we flew in too late to hear the noon day gun. We ended up settling our things into the hotel early afternoon, and went and scouted locations, then filmed early evening.

I have a lot of runners. It’s too bad I wear through them so fast!
