Are you comfortable doing most step moves from our Step Across America series at a low-impact level for the duration of each workout? (Usually around 30 minutes per session.)

Thanks Vanesssa Muntz for responding. Before trying any HIIT step workouts, as a beginner, I’d recommend continuing your stepping journey mastering the steps from Step Hero and then moving through Step Across America. As you progress through these programs and get a really strong foundation, you’ll notice that in Step Across America I introduce some HIIT moves for steppers to try out and get comfortable with little by little. Once comfortable with all of the moves in Step Across America participants could try progressing beyond that. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
