What a fabulous view of Utah with gorgeous Fall colors in the background. While replacing some of the older workouts, I hope you keep the originals in a "legacy" category. I love searching out the modules containing groups you are leading. Those Utah mommas and friends are a classic! 💜💜

2.2.26 Andale, Andale, uno, dos... I almost missed this final walk in Mexico. Glad I circled back to find the thousands of butterflies flitting about. A few that came close to the camera were wonderful to behold. 🦋

The voice over worked well and I was able to add in some HIIT action to beef up the workout. Gracias‼️
