That is a great question Pamela M Ciccarelli . It probably just depends on what generation the older version of your Amazon fire stick is. Do you have any idea what version it is? Otherwise there should be no problem for you to be able to access it.

Great question sarah you can always make the challenge work for your needs. For the first few weight sessions in the challenge, the first weigh training day is all upper body and the second weight training day is all lower body. For the rest is the challenge we’ll weight train the total body. But again, I love that you’re mixing and matching ❤️

That’s a great question. If you’re in the USA Lacey Dorotinsky typically you get certified as a group fitness instructor through an accredited company such as AFAA or ACE. And then to be honest with you, there are not a lot of options for learning how to teach step out there. One of my goals for 2026 is to put together a certified program that will help people learn how to teach step and walking workouts. Let me know if you have any other questions.
