Feeling a little post-trip blues. 🩵 We thoroughly enjoyed our time filming Step and Walk Across Australia and New Zealand. It was challenging, and fun! There was laughter, tears, long talks about the our future dreams and hopes, joy meeting our worldwide fitness friends, and lots of work to make filming locations happen.

Also feeling a lot of gratitude. Monday, a few days after our return, I had a health scare. Fortunately, I was able to get right into my doctor, then right in for tests. Relieved to be all clear! 🙏 Life can change for any of us in an instant. We know that so deeply as a family when we got a knock on the door from the police about our oldest son.

Sending so much love 💕 and hope for the future to everyone. What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? (Photo: Sydney Opera House- Jenny and Frank)

Back home again! What a wonderful trip filming Step and Walk Across Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand.🇳🇿 The step workouts each have 2 combos. Lots of new fun moves built upon each other. The walking workouts have optional power pushes throughout the workouts to really optimize our time together. We also did film one Coast to Coast Step workout where each combo is in a different location of Australia and New Zealand. 🙌

The last two workouts pictured were in New Zealand where we filmed at Scandrett Regional Park with gorgeous sheep 🐑 and the beautiful ocean 🌊 in our background view.

Then finally in Auckland with the famous Sky Tower in the background. You’ll see one pic with Frank filming his step workout for kids while I coach him behind the camera. He filmed a 10 minute kids step workout in all locations. 🩵

We met up with another one of our fantastic fitness friends, Jill, in New Zealand. We met her lovely family, and she is an amazing glass artist. We purchased 3 of her beautiful glass rainbows 🌈 to display at home.

Last pic is our final flight home after traveling for over 24 hours. It’s great to be home, and we’re so excited for everyone to journey with us through Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico 🇲🇽 in the new year. 19 Step Workouts, 19 Walking Workouts, and a new Coast to Coast.

Nearing the end of our travels filming Step and Walk Across Australia and New Zealand. We’ve been moving rather fast, and I have a moment today to update. Darwin was more what we expected all of Australia to be like. We witnessed the most beautiful sunset we won’t soon forget. For filming we chose the iconic crocodile in the town Humpty Doo. Many people stopped to get a photo of this boxing croc. The heat was quite something as well! 🥵

Next we flew to Brisbane, our last place to film in Australia. We found a gorgeous spot with Story Bridge behind us. Later that evening me met up with lovely fitness friends Michelle and Mark. It was a joy 🤩 to meet them and get a pic in front of the Brisbane sign.

Then on to New Zealand. Our first stop was at the Whangarei Falls. Wow! What a beautiful space. On our flight from Brisbane to Auckland the airline lost one of my suitcases, and it was luckily found 36 hours later. (Of course it had all my exercise clothes and shoes in it!)

Our next location is in the mountains on New Zealand on the North Island. It was a stunning area!

Hoping to get 2 more locations and then we head home! 🇺🇸 Excited for these new programs and can’t wait for everyone to try them out!

Three more states done. 🙌 We filmed wall and step workouts at the Richmond Bridge in Tasmania. It was a beautiful spot! Not many people there because it was pouring rain. 🌧️ That ended up being quite fortunate in some ways, and a bit slippery too. Then we filmed on Glenelg Beach in Adelaide. The sunset ☀️ was beautiful! We even met up with one of our fitness friends, Michelle. She was so lovely! 🥰 Next we filmed with the skyline in Perth. It was absolutely stunning!

We’re heading to Darwin today, and then Brisbane on Saturday. We’d love to meet up if you’re free! Australia 🇦🇺 has been amazing!
