Meet another one of our fabulous fitness friends, Michelle, from Adelaide, Australia. She was an absolute inspiration, as she talked about her fitness routine of doing one of our Step or Walk workouts every single day! 🙌

What an amazing experience it is to sit down together and get to know each other, to learn a little about our lives, how we “met”, to laugh and most of all to connect! We count it as one of our most treasured times in life. ♥️ 

And for all of our dear fitness friends, thank you for taking the time to reach out and connect with us, whether online or in person when we can make it work.

Tomorrow is the day! 🙌 September 1st will be Day 1 of our next 30 Day Fitness Challenge.

Give your brain a break, and have all your workouts laid out for the month. Lace up your shoes 👟 👟 and hit play ▶️ 😅

We’ll combine cardio, strength training and flexibility for a well-rounded fitness routine to protect our beautiful hearts ♥️ and minds.

The September 2025 Fitness Challenge starts soon. Excited to start off this new month together!

For the month, each day there will be a set work out for the day. Cardio days will be a variety of walking or stepping workouts to get our hearts pumping. Weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. For flexibility days we’ll enjoy yoga flow using our breath as we improve flexibility, mobility and stability. There will always be one restorative yoga/flexibility day per week.

As always, listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week.

 

This will be a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.  

Commit today to protect your beautiful heart, reduce stress this month, and just feel overall better. Let us know if you have any questions.

Excited for our FreedomFit kids to join Frank stepping across the world. Each workout is in a different location, and is 10 minutes of fun stepping.

This is a little glimpse of behind the scenes. I stand behind the camera and he is in a shot repeating the cues. That kid has had good rhythm since the day he was born! It warms my heart ♥️ to pass on my love of step to the younger generation!

That step bench has been all over the world filming workouts with us! 😂 We found a beautiful waterfall to film Step and Walk Across New Zealand. The day was rainy and cold.

It was a scenic trek down to the Whangarei Falls. As we got closer, we could hear the exhilarating sound of rushing water.

The ground was muddy and slippery but somewhat flat. Because of the rain we had the place to ourselves. 😃

Definitely had to rinse off the step bench after filming these workouts. It was caked in mud.

Can’t wait for everyone to try this new workout program! They’ll be a great addition to our workouts filmed all across the world.

Meet Sara, from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. 🇦🇺 It was absolutely delightful to meet her and her husband Mark after we finished filming workouts for the day. They picked us up at our hotel, and we parked and walked along the south bank before grabbing some burgers. 🍔 ❤️

For 10 years she’s been stepping with us, starting on YouTube, and now at FreedomFit. It is such a joy to meet our lovely fitness friends across the world. We count ourselves lucky to have special moments such as these. So excited for you all to meet her too! 👯‍♀️🥰
