Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session in Hawaii. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day.

Any last advice or suggestions for us? We leave for our amazing trek across Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand 🇳🇿 soon to film the next Step & Walk Across the World! We’ll be hitting the 6 states as well as the Australian Capital Territory in Australia and both the North and South Island in New Zealand. So very excited to try and meet up with our lovely fitness friends, and to set out on a whole new adventure in these beautiful countries!
