Day 4 we’ll be doing a yoga session to help decrease stress, increase flexibility, and to boost our mood overall while we tap into our gratitude. Day 3 is a strength training session. Start with warm-up then move through two sections of upper body strength. End with an easy cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. Great work on the challenge so far everyone! 🙌

📣 New Coast to Coast step workout will be posted soon! 🙌 A few months back we traveled to visit our son and daughter in law at the Travis Air Force base where they’re stationed. We got permission to film at the Travis Air Force Base Aviation Museum. Here there are retired planes on display, and this space helps to preserve the heritage of the Air Force. It was a great experience! ✈️ 🇺🇸

This workout is almost 60 minutes long. We’ll warm-up then move through 2 step combos. The combos are a little more intricate with complexity. It may take a few times through to get it completely. It was so fun to put together.

Reviewing the footage while getting my hair done with my fabulous hairdresser. I’ll be reviewing it once more today and it’ll be up and ready for all our beautiful steppers. 💕

June 2025 Fitness Challenge

Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our next 30 Day Fitness Challenge. We're starting off this new month together! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing a variety of walking or stepping workouts. On weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. Our flexibility days will give us the opportunity to slow down and breathe as well as improve flexibility, mobility and stability. On the restorative yoga/fkexibility days listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week Keep yourself accountable by checking in daily. This is a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.

Day 30 is a strength training day for the upper and lower body. Warm-up first then move on to the upper and lower body where we’ll target the total body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅

Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session that is gentle and helps us to slow down and breathe and stretch. This is our chance to have an active rest day. If you’d like to take a full rest day, listen to your body and do what’s best.

Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check-in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️
