Adventures in filming step and walking workouts across the world! Loch Ness was a super fun location to film at after some effort getting a platform built for the ground. đȘ Work out in the comfort of your own home, when it works for you! The walking workout at Loch Ness is around 36 minutes and the step workout is about 40 minutes. Lots of sweaty đ cardio fun! đ€©
One of our fitness friends, Katerri Fish says, âBest UK cardio workout so far!! Loved it!â đ„°
Have you tried these ones yet? What are you doing today to protect your beautiful heart? â„ïž

What are you training for right now? I was once a high school basketball player who trained hard at practice but rarely saw game timeâbasically a professional bench warmer.
Today, instead of sitting on the bench, Iâm stepping ON my bench teaching step al across the world!  All those hours practicing jump shots? They werenât for nothing! Â
The lesson? Our training time isnât wasted time. Every consistent step we do âitâs all building toward something great! What are YOU training for right now, even if you canât see the finish line yet?

Time is a funny thing! 29 years ago, going to Stonehenge for a tour, I never imagined weâd be back to film workouts all across the UK đŹđ§ 27 years later. We truly put our heart and soul into these workouts we film across the world, and love that each of you can come along with us on this health and wellness journey.
Have you tried this one? What are you doing today to protect your beautiful heart? â€ïž

Check-in, whatâs your next workout? For me, heavy weights! đȘ 10 years ago, this picture was taken.
Itâs bittersweetâyou can see a glimpse of our oldest son (no longer with us earth side) holding a fan for my BeyoncĂ© đ moment, as instructed by his dad.
Thatâs how weâve always done things: as a family, showing up to support one another in what matters most. â„ïž
The same is true for our fitness family. We show up for each other. We celebrate the wins, we push through the hard days, and we remind each other why we started. Whether itâs your first online class with us, or your hundredth, youâre not just working outâyouâre part of something bigger.
Because #togetherwearestronger. Because #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
This community is family. And just like our son holding the fan, weâre all here to help each other shine.

Do you! đThe world needs your version, not a copy of someone elseâs. As a brand new, baby fitness instructor, I was taught that it was wrong to use notes when teaching classes. It was looked at as not being prepared. Countless hours were spent practicing and memorizing choreography. When we filmed our first in-studio workout, a very advanced dance-based step workout, with many intricate changes, I practiced 100s of times. So much brain đ§ power went into remembering the moves, I often wonder if having the workout written out would have allowed me to breath a little easier, relax, and communicate with the âparticipantsâ a little more as we filmed.
Now we film Step and Walk workouts all across the world! đ đ On these trips we sometimes film 20-30 workouts. With the way my brain works, if I didnât have notes, these filming trips would never work!Â
Itâs a good life lesson that we arenât made to be like everyone else! Knowing what works for each of us is exactly what we should be doing!Â
Whatâs been your experience with this? Is there anything you do differently than those around you? Would love to hear! â„ïž

Tell us your secret! If you work out in the morning, do you do anything special to prepare yourself for your workout the night before to make sure it gets done the next day? Weâd love to hear any tips or tricks you have. And whatâs on your workout schedule today?

Which workout location for our Step & Walk Across America đșđž Program would you like to have changed? It was an amazing feat to get to all 50 states to film workouts, but we were working under budgetary and time constraints. And a good portion of the program was filmed right after the COVID lockdown. It would be fun to hear which locations youâd like us to re-do. So far weâve redone the first workout for both Step & Walk Across America. Thanks for your input!

For anyone facing Grief and Loss at this time, we send you so much love. â€ïž Feel free to use our Grief and Loss Yoga Series available on the App.
đŠ Session 1 of 7 | Winter: Awareness in Body and Mind đŠ
Our first session begins in the cold of winter. Grief manifests in the body as physical symptomsâoften as pain and tightness in the chest and throat, disrupted sleep, shallow breathing, frequent sighing, fatigue, and exhaustion. Our nervous systems shift into survival mode, a state of threat and danger.
Who does your heart miss today? As we begin, picture them in your mindâs eyeâperhaps during a happy time. See their face, say their name. Feel free to hold your loved oneâs name in your heart throughout the entire practice.
What does your heart miss today? Sometimes we find ourselves in a space where life has not gone as planned. We must allow ourselves to grieve what will never be.
Movement Descriptions:
Movement 1: Grounding and Centering with Breath
Movement 2: Noticing Emotions
Movement 3: Tension Release in Jaw
