Can you spot the butterflies? šŸ¦‹ It was a dream come true to film step and walking workouts at the Mariposa Butterfly Sanctuary in MichoacĆ”n, Mexico. We moved so quietly and carefully to respect their delicate habitat. Can’t wait for you to experience these magical workouts surrounded by thousands of fluttering butterflies. Get ready to move your body in one of nature’s most stunning settings! This location’s going to be a good one!

What a fun experience to film with hot air balloons šŸŽˆagain for our Step and Walk Across the World Workout Programs.

The first time we filmed at the International Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico 7 years ago. It was extraordinary to be there for the grand ascension right before sunrise. The second time we were in Mexico. (The workouts in Mexico will be available at the new year šŸ„³šŸŽŠ)

There’s something so magical about hot air balloons šŸŽˆwith their bright colors, floating and flying in the air. Have any of you been in a hot air balloon?

Filmed our latest Step and Walking workouts filmed at the iconic Boxing Croc in Humpty Doo, Australia! 🄊 Even in the sweltering Northern Territory heat 🄵, we couldn’t resist filming at this legendary spot.

After wrapping filming, we soaked up some magical moments at Mindil Beach – saw camel rides, an absolutely stunning sunset, and the beautiful sounds of a local Aboriginal musician sharing his song as we departed. šŸŽµāœØ

We also connected with a reputable local man to bring home some authentic Aboriginal art to honor this incredible experience.

Can’t wait for you all to sweat it out with these new workouts! Who’s ready to get moving? šŸ’Ŗ

The September 2025 Fitness Challenge starts soon. Excited to start off this new month together!

For the month, each day there will be a set work out for the day. Cardio days will be a variety of walking or stepping workouts to get our hearts pumping. Weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. For flexibility days we’ll enjoy yoga flow using our breath as we improve flexibility, mobility and stability. There will always be one restorative yoga/flexibility day per week.

As always, listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week.

This will be a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.Ā Ā
