I love that you're going through the program a 6th time! Wow! That's amazing Phaedra! And I love how you're approaching the program in different ways, like alphabetically by towns. So creative! As far as Bench Barre, no new updates yet. But still hopeful for the future.

Lisa, how are you viewing the workouts? If you're using your smart tv, you should be able to use your TV remote to go back to spots you'd like to practice a little more. If you're casting the app from your phone to our TV, you'd use your phone as a remote to back it up to the places you'd like to work on. I think it's amazing that you're giving it a go. When I do a new intermediate to advanced workout, I back it up multiple times to learn new moves as well, so totally understand where you're coming from.
