Hi Jenna M thanks for reaching out. The full challenge is under the “workout challenges” category. In there, you’ll click “join” button, and it should show you all of the workouts for the month. There is a list of the workouts there, but some have found it easier to be on the main browse page where all of our workouts are located. Scroll down to monthly fitness challenge, find November, click on it, and you’ll see all of the workouts listed by Day 1, Day 2, etc. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

The November 2025 30 Day Fitness Challenge kicks off November 1st, and we can't wait to share this journey with you!

Each day brings a new workout designed to keep things fresh and fun. On cardio days, we'll get our hearts pumping with energizing walking and stepping workouts. Weight training days will focus on upper body, lower body, or total body strength sessions.
